Restoration of the ground floor of this historic building in Belfast city centre, which houses the Flint Hotel. The ground floor areas had previously been subdivided into conventional high street retail units, and it was an absolute joy to reconfigure these to give the space back to the hotel. We’re looking forward to getting stuck into the next phase of work for the Flint
